Returns & Refunds
We are very proud of our products and stand behind them 100%. We also want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase -although we'd prefer overjoyed. If you are ever dissatisfied for any reason with a product please contact us at email@example.com. Unused and unopened products can be returned for refund or exchange within (10) days of receipt. We do not cover the cost of return shipments.
All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail within 7-10 business days of order confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will be sent tracking information via email once your order ships. If after (10) business days of receiving your order confirmation, you have not received your products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You want your order and we want you to have it.
We are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage from shipping delays that may result from carrier error, negligence, incorrect shipping info, or natural occurrences.
Payment & Security
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover. All transactions are verified through our Shopify online services which are PCI compliant and adhere to all online transactional security practices.
We are required to collect sales tax in the state of Tennessee. Each sale shipped will incur a charge of sales tax rate of 9.75%. It’s pretty much the law.
